Thomas Coleman currently serves as the CEO of Northeast Freight Family of Companies. His primary responsibilities include identifying industry trends, developing business opportunities, managing commercial relationships, and promoting the organization’s values and culture.

Thomas possesses strong communication and negotiation skills, deep market knowledge, and extensive industry relationships that contribute to the company’s success. He actively supports management in network operations to ensure operational goals are achieved while building strategies that drive sustained growth.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Keystone College. He began his career as a Hostler Driver and Clerk in the Intermodal Group, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of freight operations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Northeast Association of Rail Shippers (NEARS), where he is Second Vice President.

Stacy Ossenfort serves as Chief Operating Officer of Northeast Freight Family of Companies. Her responsibilities include the creation, implementation, and oversight of operational processes and communications across the organization while supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Working closely with leadership and operational teams, Stacy focuses on building efficient systems, strengthening company culture, and ensuring organizations operate with clarity and discipline. Her operational expertise has helped launch new initiatives, improve process management, and deliver measurable improvements in performance.

Stacy holds degrees in Social Science, Communications, and Early Childhood Education from Keystone College. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Northeast Association of Rail Shippers (NEARS) and brings more than fifteen years of experience in terminal operations. She continues the legacy of Harry & Susan Duckworth, a family business founded in the early 1990s.
